🚫 Potty training not required
💛 Monthly diapering fee for keiki in diapers (to support the extra care this stage requires)
Full-Day Program, Flexible Arrival/Departure
Our licensed preschool day runs 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. We don’t offer a half-day schedule, but families are always welcome to arrive later or pick up earlier to fit their ʻohana’s rhythm.
Note: Tuition is based on enrollment (a reserved full-day space), not hours attended.

Tuition Assistance
Ka Hana Pono is a licensed preschool, which means families may be eligible for tuition assistance through the State of Hawaiʻi and other partners.

1. Apply Online
Submit your application through Brightwheel. This creates your parent account, which you’ll also use for tuition, daily communication, and updates.
2. Schedule a Tour Connect

3. Confirm
Select your child’s days (2–5 per week) and complete the required forms in your Brightwheel account.
4. Secure Your Spot
Enrollment is finalized once Brightwheel shows your completed forms, enrollment fee, and first month’s tuition payment.

Enrollment Forms

The enrollment form must be submitted with the enrollment fee and 50% of the first month’s tuition to confirm your child’s reservation.

If your child’s first day is less than a month away, the full tuition + enrollment fee will be due prior to their first day.
Health Forms

All required health forms and immunization records or waivers must be submitted at least 14 days prior to attendance.
