ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Apply to enroll: Apply online through Brightwheel — this creates your parent account (also used for tuition, daily communication, and updates). Schedule a tour or connect — book a visit to see our classrooms and gardens, or explore our blog and social media; call or email anytime. Confirm — select your child's days (2–5 per week) and complete the required forms in Brightwheel. Secure your spot — enrollment is finalized once Brightwheel shows your completed forms, enrollment fee, and first month's tuition. Required forms: Application, Enrollment Form, and student health forms (completed by your child's doctor) — Form 14 (physical exam & immunizations), Early Childhood Pre-K Supplemental Form, and TB Screening Clearance Forms F & G. Health forms may be faxed to 808-638-2631; submit early so your child can attend their first day. Hours: our licensed preschool day runs 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We don't offer a half-day schedule, but families are welcome to arrive later or pick up earlier to fit their ʻohana's rhythm. Tuition is based on enrollment (a reserved full-day space), not hours attended.
