Drop-In Childcare
(Daily or Weekly)

At Ka Hana Pono, we know families sometimes need flexible, short-term care — whether you’re visiting Oʻahu, a local ʻohana needing support, or simply exploring preschool options before enrolling full-time.

Our Drop-In Program (August–July) welcomes keiki ages 2–5 into a safe, joyful day filled with gardening, music, art, storytelling, and outdoor play in our Haleʻiwa classrooms and gardens.

  • Ka Hana Pono is licensed for up to 18 children per day.

  • Families enrolling children for the school year (August - July) always receive priority.

  • Drop-in care is offered on a space-available basis and may not be available on all days.

  • Reservations are only confirmed once the registration form and deposit are received.

  • If our preschool is fully enrolled, drop-in care may be closed.

Annual Registration Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)

Tuition Fees:

  • 🍃Daily: $135

  • 🌱Weekly: $625

  • 🪴Monthly: 10% discount off weekly rate

Diapering Fee:

Daily: $10/day

ʻOhana Discount: Families enrolling siblings receive 10% off the second child’s tuition.

Registration fees are non-refundable and not applied toward tuition.

Deposits apply toward tuition balance but are non-refundable if attendance is canceled.

Because our drop-in and summer spaces are limited and in high demand, registration fees and deposits are non-refundable. This ensures that when a space is reserved, it is held just for your keiki and not offered to another family.
