Yoga Kids ABC’s – Great Video!

Aloha Parents!  We’ve discovered a super fun yoga video that your keikis love!  We did this video once a day every day last week & some days at the request of the kids we did it twice.  The yoga positions are easy for the kids to learn and follow and there are fund stories that are told to go along with the poses! 🙂
