Aloha, We Are Ka Hana Pono
Welcome to Ka Hana Pono Daycare and Preschool. We are a state of Hawaii licensed childcare center in the historic town of Hale'iwa, in the Waialua Community Association.
Our practices and philosophies are rooted in the belief that the primary needs of all children are love, respect and a great deal of attention. We believe teaching & living with Aloha & in Pono encourages the best from caregivers, teachers, children, families and community members.
Ka Hana Pono provides a play based balanced atmosphere that seeks to develop the "whole child" (cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and creative development). To do this most effectively, the children's activities draw from their own interests, discoveries, and observations - with Ka Hana Ponos' natural settings providing a treasure trove of opportunities and adventure.
As parents ourselves, we understand that quality childcare is a concern that cuts to the core of the quality of life for every parent and child. We are committed to providing a safe, inspiring, and enriched environment where children can grow and flourish while having their developmental needs met.
